Reasons for Emmanuel Okwi axe from Uganda Cranes squad revealed

Reasons for the dismissal of Simba SC and Uganda Cranes striker Emmanuel Okwi at the camp where the team was preparing for today’s friendly match with Gambia and Weekends AFCON 2017 qualifier match with Botswana has been revealed.

Soka25east can authoritatively reveal that the main reason that attributed the axe was that the prolific striker had incited fellow players who play proffesional soccer to ask for more money in camp than the amount paid to local based players.

Okwi has been thrown out together with Andrew Mwesigwa,Moses Oloya,Geoffrey Kizito,Daniel Sserunkuma and Derick Tekkwo.

Cranes played Gambia in Namboole in an International friendly in preparations for the weekend clash against Botswana
