Ethiopia’s Red Foxes Coach Atenafu Alemu has assured a better game when they host Mali in the reverse fixture of CAF U17 Nations Cup qualifiers final lapse at Addis Ababa Stadium on Sunday.

Atenafu has a tough but achievable task of rallying his charges to overturn a two-goal deficit from the first leg and sail through to the junior continental championship billed for Madagascar next year.

“We are ready for the Mali U17 national football,” Atenafu declared.

A slump in concentration two weeks ago saw them concede two quick goals in the later minutes of the match, a mistake the gaffer has been working hard to correct.

“We will have a better game in the coming match.” Atanafu affirmed.

The Malians who are expected to touch down in Addis on Friday scored through Hadji Drame penalty in the 73rd minute and Djemoussa Traore’s low shot in the 84th minute.

In another match, Tanzania’s Serengeti Boys will out to finish the job away to Congo DR after a 3-2 win in Dar a fortnight back.

The team which arrived in Kinshasa on Wednesday had a ten-day camp in Rwanda.
