Red hot USM Algers striker Ousmane Darfalou has joined relegated German Bundesliga side Harmburg FC on a two year deal .
Darfalou finished the Algerian league as the too scorer with 18 goals and is the leading scorer in the CAF Confederations cup with five goals .
Dzair TV Haddad was quoted saying the players contract had ended and offered to join Hamburg ahead of Saudi and Tunisia clubs who were chasing for his signatures .Also beaten to this talented goal poacher was reigning African champions Wydad Casablanca of Morocco and Switzerland’s Grasshoppers

“At the end of his contract with USM Alger, striker Oussama Darfalou (24) has indeed left the club of the capital to a new challenge in Germany with Bundesliga side Hamburg. According to DzairTV Haddad (President of the USMA) confirmed by Serrar, General Manager of the club Algiers, the top scorer of the championship with 18 achievements signed in favor of the German club Hamburg for a period 2 years old. It should be noted that Hamburg was not the only team that wanted to engage the services of Algerian striker Darfalou, since several Tunisian and Saudi clubs put the Algerian champions’ top scorer in their sights”
USM Algers finished the Algerian season on 6th position and may miss next years continentals if they dont win the CAF Confederations cup where they top group D ahead of Kenyan giants Gor Mahia .Thr group has also Rayon Sports of Rwanda and Yanga of Tanzania .
