Guinea national team head coach Paul Put earns a monthly salary of 30,000 Euros equivalent to Ksh 3.6 million, soka25east.com can reveal.
Besides,Guinea Football Federation (Feguifoot) provided him with a Toyota Prado vehicle worth 32,000 Euros which was delivered to the coach by the local football boss Antonio Souaré on March 5th, just two days after his appointment.
This was revealed by a top official in the federation who added that Put has been provided with two airline tickets per year between his country of resident and Guinea.
“Put is on a salary of 30,000 Euros every month. That is what he has been on since he signed his contract in February. We are also paying 107 million Guinea Francs per month for his accommodation.”
Speculations have been rife about how much Put takes home every month since he took charge of the Syli Nationale early this year.
Previously as the coach of Kenya national team, a job that he resigned citing personal reasons, he was earning Ksh 1.5 million equivalent of 13,000 Euros per month.
A recent Feguifoot policy restricts salaries to only head coaches of the various national teams, while some of assistants and backroom staff will be on allowances and bonuses as they are expected to have other jobs.
