Ulinzi Stars winger John Nairuka is the latest player to join the Harambee Stars preliminary team which is preparing for FIFA World Cup qualifier encounter away to minnows Mauritius next week on Wednesday 7,2015.
The speedy winger will replace Chemelil FC forward Meshack Karani who’s documents could not be fully verified within the short notice.
“Congratulations to our winger John Nairuka who has earned a late call up to the national team.” Ulinzi Stars posted on their Facebook page.
The team trained this morning at Ruaraka Grounds ahead of Sunday departure. Foreign based players are expected to link up with the team on Monday 5, in Mauritius.
Other inclusions who were not in the original list includes; Gor Mahia duo of Harun Shakava and Musa Mohamed, John Ndirangu of Nakuru All Stars and Stephen Wakhanya of Chemelil FC.
