Having been previously sponsored by Nike, the South African Football Association now has a new partnership with French sports apparel, Le coq sportif.
A teaser of the national team’s new look was released on Friday, with fans expressing their views on social media on whether it was to their liking or not.
Now they finally get to see the entire collection ahead of a return to international football for Bafana – the first time since Covid19 disrupted things globally.
“We are delighted to have entered into a long-term partnership with SAFA as the new technical sponsor for the national teams. We have made no exception with regards to the quality and standard of the new kit as we take pride in the men and women who represent the country on the field,” said Roger Noades, sales director at Le coq sportif.
The Bafana jersey will be available for pre-order on www.lecoqsportif.co.za from today and can be purchased at any le coq sportif store across the country from Thursday, October 8.
