South Africa Football Players Union(SAFPU) has called the football community to participate in the planned protests on 21st February 2017 in Johannesburg during the FIFA Conference in support of Kenyan International Clifton Miheso.
This is after the concerned authorities failed to investigate on the incidence where the former Golden Arrow player was forced to terminate his contract on a gunpoint by club officials.
According to the secretary general of SAPFU,Thulaganyo Gaoshubelwe the football union fraternity will be demanding among other things justice for the Kenyan midfilder, respect for contractural stability as well as footballers rights to choose clubs.
SAPFU has also planned possible handover of a letter indicating the demands to visiting FIFA president.
