A mega scandal is brewing at African football body CAF just 10 days to the much anticipated elections which will pit incumbent President Issa Hayatou against challenge Ahmad Ahmad soka25east.com can exclusively report.

A close source at CAF who is privy to the inhouse business and sort anonymity intimated to soka25east.com that $5 million dollars was transferred with 50% to lagardere for the CAF 60th anniversary and 50% to GA orgarnisation to influence delegates in President Hayatou favour as it’s getting tricky forcing them to use the 60th anniversary to get some money to spend on delegates.

Soka25east.com has learnt that the monies transferred today included $2.5 million for general assembly and $2.5 million for anniversary.

The big question is why do all this and yet clubs are suffering across Africa as they can’t  even meet expenses to travel to CAF tournaments like Champions League And Confederation cup engagements yet they are ready to pay delegates?

Grapevine is rife that investigators have already arrived in Addis Ababa incognito to try and track down the money that will be used on delegates as it’s been viewed as unethical and a form of corruption.
