Ugandan international striker Ibra Sekajja featured in Dulwich Hamlet’s 4–1 win over Merstham in the Ryman League Premier Division match played on Tuesday night at Moatside Stadium,England.
Sekajja who is having a good run this season came on as a second half substitute to replace Dumebi Dumaka at the 60th minute of the second half.
Hamlet led by one goal at the break courtsey Gavin Tomlin strike in the 11th minute of the first stanza.
On resuming the second period, things really came to life for the Hamlet as Gavin Tomlin completed an excellent brace with Marc Weatherstone slotting home in 64th minute from Sekejja assist and Michael Chamber’s strike ten minutes from time ensured Hamlet ran out 4-1winners.
Merstham offered little resistance other than a decent spell around the the 50th minute mark when Reece Hall got one for them meaning Hamlet were fully deserving of their hefty winning margin.
The match was watched by a couple of high ranking Uganda diginitaries including former FUFA vice-president Mujib Kasule.
