Ugandan international and former Onduparaka FC forward Muhammed Shaban opened his goal scoring account for Azam Uganda Premier league champions KCCA on his debut as former AFC leopards midfielder doubled the scoring to guarantee KCCA a 2:0 victory over Police FC.
Goals from Ugandan international striker Nelson Senkatuka and Moses Okot were enough to move Bright Stars to joint top in the league standings as they beat Onduparaka FC 2:1 in a midweek league clash. Aggrey Kirya got the consolation for Onduparaka.

Martin Kizza was the hero of the day as his goal earned SC Villa a 1:0 over Bull FC. Kirinja JSS earned a 1:0 over Mbarara FC.
Goals from Denis Kamanzi and Sula Matovu were not enough to separate URA FC and Proline FC as the two sides were forced to a 1:1 draw while UPDF drew 1:1 against Vipers SC courtesy of goals from Ezekiel Katende and Geofrey Wasswa respectively.
