By Robert Matakanye,
Sifiso Myeni is set to begin a search for a new club after parting ways with Bidvest Wits.
Myeni was not registered by Wits with the PSL this season despite the club registering more than 33 players for the 2018/19 campaign.
Considering how quick they recalled him when he was on loan at Supersport United midway through last season,it comes as a shock that Myeni services are no longer needed.
The Clever Boys have registered 34 players for the current season but www.soka25east.com has been informed by a reliable source close to Bidvest Wits that Myeni has been handed his clearance and has been allowed to move on with his career.
The Soweto born player struggled for game time at Wits since making the move to Braamfontein from Orlando Pirates in 2016.
A Bidvest Wits official confirmed to www.soka25east.com that Myeni is no longer on the club books. The player was left with one year on his contract with Bidvest Wits before an agreement was reached for it’s termination.
