Zambia U-20 Men’s National Team regrouped last evenning and this morning,  had their first training session at Miller Grounds in Lilayi.
Sixteen players turned up for training, with more expected later in the day to join in preparations for FIFA U-20 World Cup Korea Republic 2017.

New call ups Ngosa Sunzu who plies his trade in Israel for Hapoel Ra’anana, Leonard Mulenga, Prince Bwalya, Wayne Museba and Patrick Ngoma were among the early players to join camp.
Lusaka Dynamos’Conlyde Luchanga who missed out on the Adidas Invitational Tournament has also linked up with the team.

Assistant coach Bilton Musonda told Fazfootball.com that the team was ready for the challenge at the FIFA World Cup.
“We regrouped yester night (Wednesday) and the turnout is good although we are missing some players,” Musonda said.

The team is tentatively scheduled to leave for Spain on April 23 for a training camp prior to heading to South Korea.

The team will be in Spain until they head to South Korea with a number of practice matches in the pipeline.

Chambeshi will carry 21 players for the final tournament in South Korea.
