The Premier Soccer League have on Thursday confirmed the opening and closing dates of the January domestic transfer window period.
The mid-season registration period has officially opened on Thursday, January 2, allowing clubs to start registering new signings for the second half of the 2019/20 season.
There have already been several movements, with Cape Town City snapping up midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane on a free transfer following his release from Baroka, while Bidvest Wits have snapped up Cameroonian striker Bienvenu Eva Nga.
There have also been big links with Orlando Pirates believed to be interested in Kaizer Chiefs defender Lorenzo Gordinho, whose contract will be up at the end of June.
Chippa United midfielder Thabo Rakhale could also be on the move with his current deal set to lapse in six months, and Chiefs understood to be monitoring his situation.
Amakhosi midfielder Siphelele Ntshangase has also been rumoured for a possible return to Black Leopards as his situation at Naturena further deteriorated this season.
All these deals will be followed closely until the close of the window at midnight on Friday, January 31, the League confirmed.
