He restored parity for little known Midtjylland as they cruised to edge English giants Manchester United, he has had strong interests from a number of clubs including Arsenal and AS Roma. His club recently rejected a £7 million pound deal from Ajax Amsterdam. He is Pione Sisto Ifolo Emirimija, the 21 year old Ugandan born of South Sudan parents.

The player born on 4th Feb 1995 in the suburbs of Kampala City opted to play for Denmark instead of South Sudan ostensibly because of the never ending war in his native countries. He is however eligible and played for Denmark where his parents moved to when he was only two months. He featured for the U21 of the Danish National team and later played for the senior Danish team in their Euro 2016 clash against Albania. He got the Danish citizen in December 2014.
In club level he made his breakthrough at the Jutland-based club as a teenager two years
prior, but scored eight goals in 22 appearances for Midtjylland in 2014/15, helping
the rank outsiders hold off the likes of Danish giants FC Copenhagen and Brondby to
lift a title few had predicted.
Sisto was named the Superliga’s Autumn player of the season for his efforts in a
golden campaign in 2014, cementing his status as one of the nation’s brightest
young talents.
