Gor Mahia Executive Committee through the office of the Organizing Secretary has called for a meeting of all branch chairmen and secretaries on Saturday, September 5 at City Stadium starting 11AM.
The agenda of the day will be advance planning for Kenyan Premier League 2015 trophy presentation ceremony, Mr David Kilo stated. He added that only two branch representatives will be admitted.
The KPL 2015 title is as good as gone with Gor Mahia who have a commanding lead at the top of the log with just three points separating them from the third consecutive crown.
K’Ogalo could be officially declared champions without kicking a ball if Western Stima beat second placed Ulinzi Stars in a league match tomorrow in Kisumu.
Past trophy presentation ceremonies in 2013/14 have been chaotic with fans invading the field of play denying players and their loved ones the opportunity of a life time to fully enjoy the glorious moment, a trend Gor would want to reverse this round with proper planning.
