Zimbabwean duo of Justice Majabvi and Thabani Kamusoko are eager to grace the Dar es Salaam derby with both players optimistic of overcoming one another in the titanic clash set for the weekend at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Temeke,Dar es Salaam.

Majabvi who turns out for Simba said he knows very well Kamusulo’s style of play because they have played together when they were in Zimbabwe.He further said the clash against Yanga is historic and he continued to state that he does not mind the coach Dylan Kerr giving him a chance at either the midfield or defence.

Majabvi has been used both as a defender and and a defensive midfielder though he prefers the midfield.

On his part,fellow countryman Thabani Kamusoko who turns out for Yanga said he is confident that Yanga will ease past Simba and that he will outshine his Statesman at the midfield if he is given the chance.He has so far a goal for Yanga together with his countryman Donald Ngoma who has two goals.

Majabvi joined Simba from Vietnamese side Vicem Hai Phong while Kamusoko joined rival Yanga from Zimbabwean Club Platinum

Simba clash with Yanga on Saturday in the fourth round of the Vodacom league.
