WELCOME TO THE SUPER LEAGUE
KABWE WARRIORS
MAGNIFICENT’ Kabwe Warriors have bounced back to the Super Division and they did that with five games remaining before the end of the season.
Warriors beat Paramilitary 3-0 in a Division One (South) Week 29 match at Godfrey Chitalu Stadium in Kabwe that Saturday.
The rest were formality matches which they all won.
Warriors were demoted to the first division alongside Indeni, Konkola Mine Police and Roan United in the 2014 season bit truth be told Kabwe Warriors demotion was more of board decision than the loss of games and the difference showed in their games in Division one south.
Warriors, the five-time Super Division champions which is The Zambia Railways-sponsored side were league winners in 1968, 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1987.
Kabwe Warriors to me will be the most formidable side of all teams that won promotion in the Super league in 2016.
Their absence though from the 2015 season in the Super League will inhibit their progress form winning the title.

LUSAKA TIGERS
Lusaka Tigers bade farewell to Division One Soccer with a nil all draw against Paramilitary at Lusaka’s Independence stadium in week 33 .
The Tigers are said to be ine of the noise makers and Matero will be a jive of activity next season if the team will live to expectations
Lusaka Tigers has been off Super Division football for 15 years (To be verified) and their stay in the Super League will depend on what the team will do from now until the start of the Super League in 2016. Take note that we now have an 18 Super league Division and four will be relegated and the prime objective of Lusaka Tigers will be to survive.
Can they Survive?

LUMWANA RADIANTS
Lumwana Radiants made history by becoming the first club from North Western Province to get promoted to the Super League and silencing the power house (Copperbelt ) by leading the Division One Log on 66 points. This was after they struggled to beat Zesco Solwezi by 1 goal to nil in their week 34 game played on Saturday and Independence Stadium in Solwezi.
Lumwana have exchanged top spot with Kalulushi Modern Stars for the entire season and they will surely feel they deserve this thanks to their superb home record where they have ammased the majority of points.
The derby win means Radiants are champions of FAZ Division One North with an unassailable 66 points and gain entry to the Super Division.
Lumwana Radiants us deep in the mines about 80 km from the town of Solwezi with now a challenge of where to play their Super League games should the proposed construction of the stadium delay further. Their current ground according to the supporters and executive talked to by Bwezani with football gives the impressions that it may not be suitable to host super league games .
One supporter talked to said, “Bwezani money makes the world go round and we are confident that Barick will have the new stadium come 2016.”.
The other option is to have their home games moved to Solwezi which the home fans have said no to the suggestion pushing the administration to start thinking of faster ways of making sure they have something within the bounds of Lumwana.
In the Super League the team will have a lot of work if they want to remain their and the first thing will be buying of players.
Can they Survive?

MUFULIRA BLACKPOOL
Mufulira Blackpool are back to the Super leagueon after a 16-year absence and they secured that after an emphatic 5-0 demolishing of Chindwin Sentries on the final day of the Division One North at John Kachofa Stadium.
The huge victory ensured that Blackpool finished second in Division One North with 63 points from 34 games same points with Kalulushi Modern Stars who lost out on goal difference.
There is now a prospect of a long awaited Mufulira derby in the Super league between Mufulira Wanderers and Mufulira Blackpool even before a game is kicked but the council sponsored outfit have still to work on the team and invest on players if they are to sustain life in the Super
