Tenant gets Mufulira Wanderers hot seat -10th Coach in five Years

Its becoming the most feared job for Coaches in the FAZ MTN Super League but Tenant Chembo has put pen to paper a contract expected to make the team survive relegation.

Tenant Chembo is well known for his coaching prowess at ZESCO United were he worked under George Lwandamina and only moved to Buildcon after George was recalled from Tanzania . He qualified Buildcon FC to its first CAF tour were they were knocked out in the preliminary round by Young Buffaloes of Eswantin in the 2019-2020 season.

He takes on a Mufulira Wanderers side who are rooted at the bottom of the league table having only won two games, drawn two and lost a total of 14 games. The team has only scored 9 goals and conceded 31 goals only better than KYSA who have conceded 38.

Tenant Chembo’s first assignment will be a home encounter against 9th placed Green Buffaloes before meeting Nkana a week after.
