CNaPS Sport coach Patrick Andriambololona dit Tipeh has conceded that they did not deserve to lose against KCCA on Wednesday in a CAF Champions League preliminary round, return leg.
Despite dominating the game, the TBH League Champions were undone in a 1-0 defeat at StarTimes Stadium.
Tipeh admits his players stuck to their plan going into the game and says their major undoing was that they were unlucky and failed to utilize their chances.
“We missed a lot of scoring chances and I don’t think KCCA were better than us, they have driven more on luck.
“KCCA are not very offensive but good on free kicks,” CNaPS coach Tipeh told Soka25east.com after the game.
CNaPS now shifts focus on the local league having been eliminated by Uganda side on a way goal after tying 2-2 on aggregate having won 2-1 at home a fortnight ago.
