Guinea-Bissau international Toni Silva has expressed his joy after joining Mamelodi Sundowns on a long term deal.
The former Levadiakos FC player says he is happy to have joined the ABSA Premiership side.
“Absolutely delighted to sign for Mamelodi Sundowns, grateful for being given the opportunity and looking forward to being a part of such a big football club, ”Silva told Soka25east.
Silva joined Brazilians on a free transfer having parted ways with his Greece Super League club a few months ago.
The former CSKA Sofia winger, who represented Portugal and Liverpool is known to be a quick left-footed attacker, who prefers playing on the right.
The lanky forward is blessed with good technical ability and dribbling skills which can cut open any defence.
Sundowns clinched their eighth Absa Premiership title on the weekend and are eager to do well next season.
