Uganda Premier league outfit, Soana football club has completed the signing of striker, Karim Ndugwa on a two year deal, Kawowo Sports reliably reports.
The player’s representative, Ronnie Santos has already negotiated personal terms with the club president cum director, Smart Obedi;
We have had a long series of discussions with several clubs including SC Villa but Soana is offering the best ‘cake’ for the player and favorably conditions.
The forward has been a free agent after parting ways on mutual consent with his former Kenyan side, AFC Leopards when the premier league giants were declared bankrupt grabing headlines with an appearance as a goalkeeper in AFC Leopards’ final match of the first leg Ndugwa had been tipped to return to SC Villa, the club he left to join the Kenyan Premier league.
He becomes Soana’s ninth new signing of the season under new coach, Charles Ayiehko.
Soana F.C opens up the 2015/16 league campaign against Bright Stars at Kavumba recreational stadium this coming Saturday.
