The Tunisian Football Federation (TFF) have also thrown in their bid to CAF with a view to host the final of the 2019/20 CAF Champions League.
Tunisia have became the latest nation to submit their bid and will be facing other bids from Morocco and Rwanda to be considered to host Africa’s greatest club competition.
Morocco put in its application on Wednesday to host both the CAF Champions League and the Confederation Cup finals.
CAF have made adjustments to the format of the CAF Champions League final in the 2019/2020 season with final hosted at a selected venue and the winner decided through only one game.
The final is set to take place on 29 May as the venue for the game is yet to be determined by CAF.
