Tusker chuck Gor overboard: Gor Mahia 1-1 Tusker

Defending champions Tusker stayed on course to defend their KPL Top 8 title with a 1-1 draw away to Gor Mahia.

On a humid afternoon at the Nairobi City stadium,Gor took the lead through a sweetly struck Rama Salim volley on 4 minutes.This half belonged to them as they put Tusker to the sword.

Substitute Jesse Were,a thorn in the Gor flesh,levelled matters on 55 minutes after Clifford Alwanga put him through.
Tusker had won the first leg 1-0 in Meru.

The match was almost marred by crowd trouble towards the end,as angry Gor fans threw objects into the field of play.
