Uganda Cranes to Kick Off 2015 Namutima Tours in Kitara Region:

Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) together with
partners Airtel Uganda and Nile Breweries limited under their Nile
Special brand have today launched the Uganda Cranes regional tours
dubbed Cranes Namutima 2015.
The launch took place at a joint press conference for the two national team corporate company-sponsors Airtel Uganda and Nile Breweries Limited held at FUFA headquarters in Mengo- Kampala.
According to FUFA, the tour will cover all the eight footballing
regions of Uganda and are aimed at promoting the Uganda Cranes brand
allover the country.
The briefing was flanked by national team head coach, Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic, the FUFA Marketing Manager Esther Musoke, Airtel Uganda brand, Assets and Properties Manager, Noela Byuma and Nile Breweries’promotions and marketing manager, Isaac Ssekasi.
Kitara region is set to host the Cranes this Saturday with a match
against the regional select side at Boma grounds in Masindi.
Speaking to the media at FUFA house Mengo, Byuma from Airtel Uganda
expressed her excitement on behalf of the sponsors to be part of this
campaign which was solely supported by Nile Breweries last year.
As Airtel Uganda ,we are excited to come on board for the Cranes
regional tours campaign, we welcomed the idea because it’s part of our initiative to identifying talents from different regions as we have done it earlier with the FUFA Airtel Rising Stars campaign’
After Kitara , the Cranes will head to the regions of Kampala and West
Nile on the dates yet to be revealed.
Meanwhile national team coach Micho used the same occasion to name the
team that will set off to Masindi on Friday morning.
