Ugandan defender Joseph Owino has joined Ura FC .Owino has been a free-agent after terminating his contract with Kenya’s Sportspesa Premier League side Sofapaka.
” It’s a done deal he has joined URA Fc .They have completed the signing of lanky defender Joseph Owino who has
been a free agent since he parted ways with Kenya Premier League giants Sofapaka”. A source tells Soka25east.com
”Owino,28-years old has been seen as the perfect replacement of Richard Kasaga who left the club and went to Lebanon”.The source Further added.
The Club has not yet confirmed the signing of the prolific defender.Owino joined Sofapaka on 27th June 2015 after he mutually parted ways with Tanzanian giants Simba SC.He then filled for a termination of the contract early this year with Sofapaka citing unpaid 6 months salary as the reason.
