Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has confirmed two high profile friendly encounters for Uganda Cranes against west African sides; Gabon and Cameroon in preparations for the 2016 African Nations Championship (CHAN).

All the matches will be played at FUFA’s Technical Training Center in Njeru.
Milutin “Micho” Sredojovic’s team is in group “D” of the continental showpiece which kicks off on January 16 – February 7,2016 in Rwanda, together with Zimbabwe, Mali and Zambia. Cranes will open their campaign against Mali on 19th at Umuganda Stadium in Gisenyi.
Cameroon is in group “B” that comprises; DR Congo, Angola and Ethiopia, while Gabon is in group “A” with host Rwanda, Morocco and Ivory Coast.
