The three bottom places were occupied by Jinja based sides namely JMC Hippos,Kirinya-Jinja SSS and BUL FC.

Our reporter Festus Chuma put together the best eleven in a 3-4-3 formation.

Goalkeeper:

Anyama Richard (Onduparaka FC ). Five clean sheets in thirteen league matches for his debut at top level. At 21 he posesses some quick reflexes. There is no premiership follower who can forget the day he kept Vipers at bay at the Betway Stadium for the famous win of the season.

Defenders:

Joseph Ochaya (KCCA),Paul Mbowa (SC Villa),Nicholas Wadanda (SC Villa) Ochaya improved from last season to being one of the best players for Kasasiro boys.Mbowa is playing a pivotal role for Jogoos and Wadada has settled well in his position with some ease for fourth placed Vipers.

Midfielders:

Abu Nyanzi (Soana), Muzamir Mutyaba (KCCA) Godfrey Lwesibawa (SC Villa) Vitalis Tabu (SC Villa).Star man Tabu has answered his critics the way he knows best, while his teammate Lwesibawa has done well down the wing. Nyanzi has come of age this season with nice displays in twelve league starts from midfield and Mutyaba  has been at his best in all the matches he has played becoming and one of the reasons why KCCA are leading on the table.

Strikers:

Mohammad Shaban (Onduparaka),Geoffrey Sserunkuma (KCCA)Edrissa Lubega (Proline FC).Sserunkuma is the top scorer with nine goals, followed closely on eight by the evergreen Shaban, who has played almost every League match.Lubega has been impressive at Proline and is arguably the best in the league.

Coach: Mike Mutebi (KCCA) Kasasiro boys speak highly of him and results are there for all to see.
