The High Court convenes on Wednesday (4th March 2015) for the hearing of the much awaited case that was filed by Uganda Super League Limited (USLL) against Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA).
The case first came up for mention at the constitutional court last month before it was adjourned for Tuesday, 3rd March 2015 after the judge (Justice Lydia Mugambe) then stepped down citing conflict of interest in the case.
The two parties appeared at court on Tuesday but perhaps the assigned Judge (Justice Yasin Nyanzi) had not been notified.
The High Court Deputy registrar, Justice Festo Nsenga confirmed the case will be heard at noon on 4th March 2015.
The second case involving the insolvency of USSL will be heard on the 13th March 2015 before Justice Benjamin Kabiito.
