The U17 Uganda Women’s National football team are holding their training sessions at the Star Times Stadium in Lugogo ahead of their second round first leg tie against neighbours Tanzania.
The juniors progressed after they registered a 5-1 aggregate score against Ethiopia; 2-0 first leg and 3-1 second leg victories.
Meanwhile, Tanzania sailed through after a 6-1 aggregate win over Burundi; 5-1 first leg and 1-0 second leg wins.
Uganda will travel to Tanzania for the first legs scheduled for May 1 to 3rd with the reverse fixtures planned for May 15 to 17.
The overall winner will take on either Cameroon or Sao Tome for one of the three slots available for the showpiece event in India from November 2 to 21
