By Ronnie Lusulire,

Ex Gormahia FC midfield maestro Khalid Aucho will at last on Thursday  21 depart for Aberdee, Scotland for trials.

After three weeks of long wait, the 2015 Kenyan Premier League midfielder of the year runner up has finally acquired his visa to Scotland where he is likely to join Aberdeen Football Club incase he passes the trials.

After the two week assessment, the Aberdeen management will decide on whether to sign the former Tusker and Simba FC midfielder or not basing on how he will perform.

Aucho expressed his gratitude via his official Facebook page saying,

“Finally have got it thanks lord for everything your the best God.”

If all goes well, Aucho who scored Uganda’s winner away to Botswana last month in the AFCON 2017 qualifiers (2-1) will become the third Ugandan player to grace the Scottish Premier League after David Obua  (Hearts of Midlothian) and UK based Ibra Sekajja(Livingstone and Aberdeen).
