Ugandan Midfielder Hashim Sempala has completed a move to Zambian club Kabwe Warriors Football Club. Sempala left Kenyan Side Tusker FC following the expiry of his contract.
Sempala was unveiled by the club after successfully negotiating personal terms.
Warriors announced on their social media the signing of the 26 year old defensive midfielder.
“Kabwe Warriors Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Ugandan Midfielder Hashim Sempala,” read the statement.
“Sempala has joined Kabwe Warriors from Kenyan Side Tusker FC and has signed a two year deal.”
And Sempala tells soka25east.com from his base in Zambia that he is looking forward to a new chapter in his career
“It’s a pleasure for me to have another platform and play for a team like Kabwe Warriors which is playing CAF Confederation Cup,” He said.
“It’s every Player’s dream to play Continental Football because it’s another stepping stone for my career.
He adds, “I hope to have success at this great club as I did in Kenya.”
