Ugandan striker Steven Mukwala has joined Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko from URA FC.
The 23-year old has signed a two-year deal with the Porcupine Warriors.
The player sent an emotional message to his former team after completing the move.
“I take this opportunity to thank the URA Football Club for the Chance it gave me to be part of its project,” the player wrote in his farewell message.
“The two years together have been amazing. I met great people at the Club who supported me unconditionally.
“I shared the dressing room with the most talented players in Uganda. But above all I was able to work with great instructors, Coaches and profound management.
“Saying goodbye is always the hardest thing for me. But I guess it’s time to move on. I leave with heartfelt Gratitude. It was such a great privilege to wear the yellow and blue Jerseys. Forever you will be in my heart.”
