Uganda representatives in the CAF Champions League Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA) FC has lined up two international club friendlies against Sudan giant clubs El Merriekh and El Hilal.
The game against El Merriekh is scheduled for Tuesday January 20 away in Khartoum Sudan with the Ugandan champions set to leave for Sudan on
Saturday while KCCA will host El Hilal at Phillip Omondi stadium, Lugogo four days later.
The meeting between El Merriekh will the fourth in a year. The two sides met over two legs in the CAF Champions League last year before facing off in the Kagame Cup last year in Kigali in August.
The two friendlies are part of the preparations ahead of the second round kick off and also the continental challenge against Cameroon’s Cosmos De Bafia.
