The Uganda Premier League (UPL) resumes this afternoon with a full cocktail of matches across various venues with eight matches on the card.
The league had taken a break to pave way for the national team Uganda Cranes to prepare for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Comoros in a game that ended with a one goal win pushing the Cranes to their first AFCON finals after 39 years wait.
Back to UPL, focus will no doubt be at Lugazi where second top of the table, Vipers FC will be hosted by Uganda Revenue Authority who are still looking for their first win of the season in the only live televised match of the day.
In other matches matches BUL will entertain The Saints at Kakindu Stadium, Express invite Onduparaka at Mutesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku , KCCA tackle Soana at Phillip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo , Bright Stars take on Lweza at Champions Stadium, Mwerewe.
School boys, Kirinya-Jinja S.S faces Sadolin Paints at Kyabazinga Stadium, SC Villa Jogoo battle it out aganist Jinja Municipal Council Hippos at Mandela National Stadium, Police will be up against Proline at Kavumba Recreational Stadium, Wakiso.
