The Azam Uganda Premier League secretariat has warned Express FC head coach Wasswa Bbosa for what it has termed as unprofessional behaviour during league games. In a letter written to the club Chief Executive.Officer (CEO), the league secretariat cites two incidences in which Bbosa is allegedly pined by referees’ reports for behaving indecently.
According to the League CEO Bainamani Bernard Bampaire, match
officials for the games between Express FC and Maroons (Express won
3-2) and Bright Stars Vs Express (1-1) reported that the young
tactician on both occasions behaved in a manner that could have
incited fans hence putting the two games into dispute.
‘’As per the referees report of AUPL match # 14 Express FC Vs Maroons FC played on Tuesday 29th September 2015, the coach of Express FC Wasswa Bbosa was reported to have behaved unprofessionally by shouting at the referees. This action could have incited violence and puts the game into disrepute’’. The letter reads in part.

The letter copied to the CEO of FUFA, Manager FUFA Competitions
Department and Manager Referees Department, cautions the coach to
desist from the alleged unprofessional behaviour or else he gets harshly sanctioned as per the competition rules.
‘’Henceforth, the Secretariat is issuing a strong and last warning to coach Wasswa Bbosa to desist from this kind of unprofessional and improper conduct. Otherwise, a harsher sanction (s) will be meted on him as per the competition rules’’. The letter strongly concludes.
Currently Express FC lies in third on the 16 team log with 9 points
collected from 5 games behind KCCA FC and Vipers who share the top
spot on 10 points although from a lesser number of games played(4).
