URA Football Club are set to leave Kampala this evening for Tanzania to honour two international friendly matches against two biggest clubs in Dar es Salaam.
A squad of 25 players will be flagged off this afternoon and are scheduled to play Azam Football Club and Simba Sports Club of Tanzania in international Pre-season friendly matches that will be played tomorrow and on Sunday respectively.
In an interview with the club portal URA head coach Kisala Kefa expressed his joy ahead of two encounters,
“I’m happy for the two international friendly matches, I believe the players will get tested and this will help us as we are heading to the start of 2016-17 Azam Uganda Premier league”, he said.
The contingent will led by Club’s technical Director Mr. Kyondo Geoffrey and are expected tonight at Tanzania’s capital.
