Malawian CAF Champions league representatives Be Forward Wanderers are set to play Kite based side Nkana FC in an international friendly match before their CAF assignment against AS Vita Club
Nomads will play the Congolese giants in the first leg preliminaties and have already tested their squad when they lost 1-0 to Mozambican side HB Songo
Wanderers General secretary Mike Butao said they have planned two local friendly matches and another in Kitwe
“We are in talks with Nkana and any other team .What am sure is that we will play our last friendly match in Zambia end route to Kinshasa” he said
Wanderers are hoping to finalize with their transfers after bringing on board six players .Their target is Big Bullets Flames striker Chiukepo Msowoya
Wanderers have signed Peter Cholopi,Keeper William Thole ,,Dan Kumwenda ,Denis Chembezi and Misheck Botomani
Meanwhile Blue Eagles have named National Football team second assistant coach Derkleck Msakakuona as their head coach .The decision was made by the clubs executive sitting in Lilongwe .
