They might have won the most League titles in the history of Zambian Football [12] but Nkana are Determined to add more.The Kitwe based outfit has had a wonderful start to the 2016 season with two wins out of two.They have scored 5 goals and allowed 2 and are currently leading the table with 6 points.
Midfield Genius Simon Bwalya has hinted on the teams ambition this season .Bwalya who was on the score sheet in Nkana 3-1 win over Green Eagles said the team is aiming and winning the first ten games of the season and subsequently win the league.
“It is a good start for us but we won’t relax until the final game,” Bwalya said after scoring a goal in Nkana’s 3-1 win over Eagles on Saturday.
“We are taking each game as it comes,” he said.
Nkana’s next league match is against promoted Mufulira Blackpool on April 2 at Kachofa Stadium in Kamuchanga, Mufulira.
Bwalya added: ”We are targeting to win at least the first ten games in the league. Our target is to win the league”
