League action returns in week 33 as Kabwe Warriors travel to hostile territory in Matero, Lusaka to face struggling Lusaka Tigers at Independence Stadium on Saturday 19 November 2016.
In what is billed as the Rumble in Matero, Warriors who are in sixth position visit Tigers, a team swimming in the relegation Zone at number 17 on the FAZ League table.
The match will have a feel of a local derby in that Warriors have a large fan base in Lusaka, while Lusaka Tigers fans are mainly based in the suburb of Matero.
Warriors beat Lusaka Tigers 2-0 in the reverse fixture at the Godfrey Chitalu Stadium and will be looking for a double over this weekend’s opponents.
Acting coach Chintu Kampamba will hope to impress management and record another win under his belt.
A win for Kampamba will see Kabwe Warriors move to 46 points and a last ditch push for a top 5 finish.
A defeat for Tigers will see them sink further in the deep end.
