Struggling Kabwe Warriors will tomorrow Saturday battle Nkana Football club in a week 29 fixture at the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium in Kabwe.
Warriors are just above the relegation zone on position 16 with 27 points and the win will relieve pressure to both the fans and the Club’s Executive Board.
Kabwe Warriors Executive Board Chairman Hayden Dingwall is however confident that Kabwe Warriors will beat Nkana tomorrow.
“We know we have difficult fixtures in the last 10 games or so but but we play well against tougher opposition.
“I watched the team is looking extremely sharp and I believe we have got the man power to beat Nkana,” he said
Kabwe Warriors are coming into this fixture on the back of a 2-1 away victory over Nchanga Rangers thanks to Congolese striker Wansididi Bibo Bindu.
Bibo Bindu will be key once more for coach Elijah Chikwanda and he is likely to also look to the services of young protegy Prince Mumba, veteran, Silon Jere, Nelson Maziwisa and Jacob Phiri
Meanwhile, Nkana on the other hand who lie in third are chasing the title and a win over Warriors will put them in a strong position with 51 points.
Head coach Beston Chambeshi will rely on the in-form Shadreck Musonda, Joseph Musonda, Jacob Nguluba, Simon Bwalya and striker Walter Bwalya.
The match will kick off at 14;00 hrs CAT and is going to be broadcast Live on pay TV channel Supersport.
