Wydad Casablanca will take on Mamelodi Sundowns in the 2018/19 CAF Champions League match on Saturday.The Moroccan side have fired warning shots as they seek to get a win at home.
The Group A game is set to be played at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in the Moroccan city of Rabat.
The Moroccan giants were beaten 2-0 by Ivorian champions ASEC Mimosas away in their fifth Group A match last weekend.
As a result, Wydad are placed second on the group standings – three points behind the leaders, Sundowns.
Mohamed Nahiri, who has netted twice in the group stage, will look to inspire Wydad to victory at home.
Meanwhile, Sundowns thrashed Nigerian side Lobi Stars 3-0 at home in their fifth Group A game last weekend.
As a result, the South African champions are placed at the top of the group standings – three points above third-placed Mimosas.
Themba Zwane, who netted against Lobi Stars, will look to inspire Sundowns to victory in Morocco.
Burundian referee Pacifique Ndabihawenimana will be in charge of the game between Wydad and Sundowns.
