Chairman of Yanga SC, Yussuf Mehboob Manji has offered Yanga football club 715 acres of land at the sshore of the Indian Ocean at a place called Geza Lole, Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam.
Manji gave the piece of land that would be built and act as a training ground for the jangwani based side in a ceremony attended by the Minister of the Interior, Mwigulu Nchemba and party officials and government in Kigamboni
when complete,Yanga will use the ground as their official training ground.it will have an artificial turf
Also present was the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the club, Mama Fatma Karume who was accompanied by another Board Member, Dr. Jabir Katundu Idris, member of the executive committee of the club, Samuel Lukumay Secretary, Baraka Deusdedit.
Mama Karume was full of praise for Manji for his long standing love for the club,sentiments echoed by the Minister for Interior
