Klabu ya soka ya Yanga FC nchini Tanzania imevunja mkataba na kiungo wa kimataifa kutoka nchini Rwanda, Haruna Niyonzima.
Uongozi wa klabu hiyo unasema umechukua hatua hii kutokana na mchezaji huyo wa Rwanda kukeuka vipengele vya mkataba wake na pia kukosa nidhamu.
Taarifa iliyotolewa na Katibu Mkuu wa Yanga, Jonas Tiboroha inasema uamuzi huo ulifikiwa baada ya mkutano wa viongozi wa Yanga katika makao makuu ya klabu hiyo Jangwani jijini Dar es salaam.
Klabu hiyo inasema mwezi wa Novemba baada ya Niyonzima
kuruhusiwa kwenda kuichezea Rwanda katika Kombe la Mataifa ya Afrika Mashariki, CECAFA nchini Ethiopia, alichelewa kurejea katika klabu yake baada ya mashindano kukamilika.
Mchezaji huyo sasa atalazimika kuilipa klabu hiyo Dola 71,175 kwa mujibu wa sheria za FIFA kwa kwenda kinyume na mkataba wa klabu yake.
Hata hivyo, Niyonzima amesema ameshangazwa na hatua hii ya Yanga na hajafahamishwa rasmi ikiwa amevunjiwa mkataba na klabu yake.
Aidha, amesema aliwasilisha ushahidi wake kwa kamati ya nidhamu ya Yanga lakini kwa bahati mbaya haukuruhusiwa kwa kile anachosema tayari uamuzi ulikuwa umeshatolewa dhidi yake.
Niyonzima alizaliwa mwaka 1990 nchini Rwanda na kujiunga na Yanga FC mwaka 2011 akitokea APR.
Mchezaji huyo pia aliwahi kuichezea klabu ya Rayon Sport na Etincelles.
