Defending Vodacom premier league champions Yanga are planning to camp overseas in preparation for the second leg of the Tanzanian top tier league
The gaint club, second in the log with 33 points, just two points adrift leaders Simba will report to camp on 25th of this month with George Lwandamina expected to take charge.
“We are planning to have some training in the country before we move outside for serious camping ahead of the second leg, once we are done with the signings for the short window we will leave for either Brazil, Netherlands or France ” a top Yanga official said.
The players will report to camp on 25th November with players like Zesco’s duo of Misheck Chaila and Jesse Were on Yanga ”s radar
Meanwhile coach Hans Pluijm has dismissed media reports that he has been dismissed from the position of head coach at the club.
Speaking to a top newspaper in Tanzania Sauna, the Dutch said he is not aware of another coach being brought on board.
‘I will meet the chairman of Yanga Mr Manji, as far as am concerned I am still the head coach of Yanga, those speculating about my sacking are dreaming, I resigned yes but the Minister of State Mwiguli Nchemba asked me to rescind my decision and so I wonder why the speculations in the media”
