Zambia Under-23 coach Beston Chambeshi has summoned 25 local players for camp as part of preparations for the September 4 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Congo Brazzaville.
Team manager Hasting Ndovi said the team will enter camp on August 4 in Lusaka.
Ndovi said the team will have weekly camps until they play Congo Brazzaville at home on September 4 and travel to Pointe Noire for the return leg four days later.
Chambeshi is also keeping track of foreign based players that will be drafted the in the final squad.
The squad comprise some of the 2017 under-20 Africa Cup of Nations winning stars.
Winner between Zambia and Congo Brazzaville will join seven other African countries in November at the continental championships with the top three countries grabbing a ticket to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
