Kabwe Warriors Coach Muhammad Fathy has warned that the newly promoted side can win the title.Fathy said this in an interview with ZNBC news team.

”we can win the league.I know some will say how can they win? They are from division one.Nothing is impossible in Football .If we dont win it we will surely end somewhere top 4 or top 6”.Said Fathy.

Fathy also stressed the importance of grooming and developing young players who he said can help develop the league.

”We are are looking at a few young players , about 6.We had a team of 26 last season in division one and we are looking at adding about 4 more to complete the 30 man team list”. Fathy said.

Kabwe Warriors have won 6 ZSL titles and are one of the three teams that have won the league 3 times in a row (1970-72).Can Muhammad Fathy mastermind Kabwe Warriors 7th league Title this season ?,well only after the end of the season can we really tell.

This years MTN/FAZ super League is rumoured to be starting in February which is earlier than usual but its yet to be confirmed.
