Zanaco fans were in celebratory mood yesterday witnessing a very solid display from their team in the 4-0 demolition of Mufulira Wanderers during a League game played at Sunset stadium.
For the Zanaco technical bench, it was business as usual ensuring that the lads secure 3 points to consolidate the lead at the top of the FAZ Super Division.
For the Zanaco fans there were more reasons to party and celebrate after the match had ended.
According to a statement posted posted on the official Sensational Zanaco Facebook page, Head Coach Numba Mumamba together with his assistants Dabid Chilufya and Robyn Munsaka were showered with birthday amenities shortly after the victory.
“A combined Birth Day Ceremony for Zanaco coaches, Mumamba Numba, Dabid Chilufya and Robyn Munsaka organised by Sensational Zanaco fc fans took place shortly after Zanaco’s victory against Mufulira Wanderers at Sunset.
“A cake and a bottle of a non-alcoholic wine were presented to each coach. A very big thanks goes to our fans for a wonderful initiative, ” the statement read.
