Five lessons learned – including a few positives – from Zesco United’s CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE exit
- Lazarous and Enoch -Rising their flag
Lazarus Kambole always had his doubters. Some of the doubters believed he would be exposed in big CAF ties. But he was able to show why he is one of the best at his role in both games against TP Mazembe.
Kambole was able to transfer his performances in the Super League to CAF Champions League. He and Enoch are Zesco ’s two standout players at the moment . I think Kambole is in the form of his life at Zesco United .
The pair could be a constant menace for Kaizer Chiefs. They displayed the Zesco United spirit of rising up to the occasion against TP Mazembe unfortunately, Enoch didn’t end the game.
Kambole was the brightest spot in Zesco United’s attacks. He was always running forward with the ball. If Jesse was able to produce a similar performance, things would have been different.
