Ghana football federation appeals committee has demoted Ghana premier league side Dreams FC from the country’s top tier league back to Division one.
The Cosmas Anpenguo led eight man committee ruled that Cudjoe Mensah was ineligible to play for Dreams FC against Tema Youth on the 25/07/2015 in a division one league encounter.
The Committee has therefore promoted to Tema youth from the Division one to the Ghana top flight league with Dream FC also getting a 2500 Ghana Cedis fine.
Dreams FC official Ibrahim Dossey Adam and Mumuni Malik of Botwey Youth FC have also been slapped with a 5 year ban from holding any office in the federation or in any club affiliated to the Federation for their role in the fiasco.
