Mohammed joined the Russian Premier League outfit on a season-long loan from Austrian Bundesliga side FK Austria Wien with an option to make the deal permanent.
The 22 year-old last week signed a year loan deal with Abu Dhabi-based side Baniyas but was cancelled just after five days with both clubs seriously disagreed over previous terms they thought they had reached over the deal.
He played a key role to helping Ashanti Gold win the 2014/2015 Ghana Premier League.
Arsenal Tula currently lie sixth on the league standing after drawing their opener last weekend.
Mohammed could make his debut vs Zenit Saint Petersburg away on Saturday.
A statement from the club’s website read, “On August 2 PFC Arsenal signed a lease agreement with Ghanaian defender Mohammed Kadri. 22 year-old defending player began his career at home club ” Ashanti Gold”, which in the season 2014/2015 became the champion of Ghana.”
